Jessica Whatley MS, RD, LD, CEDS
Registered Dietitian in Birmingham, AL
Jessica attended Samford University receiving an undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, she completed an internship and Master of Science in Nutrition at Samford University. Jessica is a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals.
My journey into nutrition began with a personal mission to heal my relationship with food. Over a decade, I navigated disordered eating and chronic health challenges, including hypothyroidism. I grew frustrated with conventional health advice, which often felt misaligned with my deeper understanding that true wellness transcends diets or idealized body standards. I realized I had been chasing external "fixes" while neglecting my God given innate intuition.
This sparked a transformative exploration of living in harmony with my body, mind, and spirit. I uncovered how many of us become disconnected from ourselves, outsourcing our well-being to practitioners. My philosophy now centers on fostering embodiment and self-awareness, empowering individuals to reconnect with their inner wisdom for holistic healing. My intention is to help you reconnect to your intuition to find your own relationship with food. I look forward to supporting you in developing a new perspective on how to define health.
