      Jessica Whatley

MS, RD, LD, CEDS

Jessica is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. Jessica attended Samford University receiving an undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, and she completed an internship and Master of Science in Nutrition at Samford University. She completed her dietetic internship at Samford and holds certification through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals.

Her journey into nutrition began with a personal mission to heal her own relationship with food. Having navigated disordered eating and chronic health challenges, including hypothyroidism, Jessica brings firsthand understanding of how difficult it can be to cultivate a healthy relationship with food — and how freeing it is to find peace with nourishment.

Jessica believes nutrition is a powerful gift that supports body, mind, and spirit. Rooted in faith, her approach rejects rigid rules and embraces abundance, balance, and joy. She guides individuals to break free from diet culture, restore energy, and cultivate lasting health through personalized nutrition and intuitive eating.

Together with her clients, Jessica fosters a compassionate path toward vitality and well-being that feels good from the inside out.
