Guide individuals to establish consistent, adequate eating patterns by creating a personalized meal rhythm and recognizing physical hunger cues, addressing undernourishment from past restrictions.

Release Food Fears

We guide you to identify and dismantle diet culture myths (e.g., “food is good/bad”) that fuel anxiety and guilt, using the Restored Plate to build balanced, satisfying meals (protein, carbs, veggies, fats). You’ll learn mindful eating practices and a pre-meal gratitude prayer to reframe food reducing obsessive thoughts.

Embrace Your Body

We teach you to shift from body criticism to appreciation. Using practical exercises to counter distorted body image, you’ll focus on your body’s strengths (e.g., energy, resilience) instead of appearance, letting go of societal pressures

Cultivate Food Freedom

We guide you to integrate consistent, mineral-rich eating and nervous system tools to prevent binge triggers and sustain emotional resilience. You’ll create a personalized Restored Routine, celebrating food as a joyful, sustainable part of life.

We accept United Healthcare and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Many clients are able to use their benefits with little to no out-of-pocket cost — we’re happy to help you verify coverage.
If you're paying privately, our rates are:
• Initial Appointment (60 minutes): $130
• Follow-Up Appointment (45 minutes): $105
